KaiSheng KH-20000 series 8-core processor

KaiSheng KH-20000 series 8-core CPU is the latest generation of general x86 SOC processor developed by Zhaoxin, which is the first domestic processor capable of supporting DDR4 memory. KaiSheng KH-20000 series 8-core processor is based on 28nm CMOS process technology and the package size is 37.5mm x 37.5mm HFCBGA, with 8 CPU cores in KH-20000, 24 channels PCIE3.0 ports, dual-channel DDR4 high speed memory controller. The CPU core adopts superscalar, multi-issue and out-of-order execution optimization, the architecture is compatible with x86 instruction sets, capable of supporting native 64-bit operating system as well as CPU virtualization technology (VT). By adding SM3, SMS4 cryptographic algorithm support in it, KaiSheng KH-20000 series 8-core is compatible with server and embedded solutions.
