KaiSheng KH-30000 Series 8-core processor

Zhaoxin KaiSheng KH-30000 series 8-core CPU is the latest generation of general SOC processor, which is based on 16nm process and the package size is 35mm x 35mm HFCBGA. KH-30000 integrates 8 CPU cores, dual-channel DDR4 high speed memory controller, PCle3.0, USB, SATA controllers, ZPI and legacy peripheral device controllers. With the aid of ZPI (Zhaoxin Processor Interconnect), KH-30000 is capable of building up a system using two processors which will maximize the processor threads and memory capability. The CPU core adopts superscalar, multi-issue and out-of-order execution optimization, the architecture is compatible with x86 instruction sets, capable of supporting native 64-bit operating system as well as CPU virtualization technology (VT). KaiSheng KH-30000 series 8-core is compatible with server and embedded solutions.
