ZX-C+ Series CPU

ZX-C+ series is a new generation processing unit designed for high performance computing. ZX-C+ family includes a quad-core C47xx series as well as an eight-core FC-108x series. The ZX-C+ series products have higher multi-threaded optimization under the same power consumption envelope as its competitors. The CPU core, which adopts superscalar, multi-issue and out-of-order execution architecture, is compatible with x86 instruction sets, capable of supporting native 64-bit operating system as well as CPU virtualization technology (VT).

ZX-C+ series processing unit uses advanced state of the art 28 nm CMOS process technology BGA package of 21nmx21nm size and is pin-to-pin compatible with ZX-A series and ZX-C series processing units.

ZX-C+ series processing unit has a unique security engine, which supports SM3 and SM4 native cryptographic algorithm and supports hardware-based data encryption, which is a critical feature for content protection and system-level security.
