ZX-5880 Mobile Processing Unit

ZX-5880 is an eight-core dual-mode, dual-standby mobile smart chip developed based on ARM’s big.LITTLE architecture with quad-core Cortex A17 and quad-core Cortex A7, supporting a frequency of up to 2.2 GHz with a maximum memory capacity of 4GB LPDDR3@900MHz. ZX5880 supports both Android and COS 2.0 operating system.

The ZX-5880 chip is integrated with the Elite 2000 high-performance GPU, supporting OpenGL ES 3.1, OpenVG 1.1 and OpenCL EP 1.1 standards. The multimedia capability includes simultaneous encoding and decoding for 1080P FHD video and mainstream audio format, GPS/BDS dual positioning, as well as various encryption / decryption algorithm, secure boot, Trust Zone, and has diverse high-speed peripheral interfaces such as USB3.0, SD 3.0 and eMMC 5.0.
